When you teach at SRA, we provide you with a visa, pay for local language lessons, and help you connect in the community. For those who teach 2 years or more, we also provide a small stipend upon renewal of your contract.
Qualifications
All teacher’s who serve at Silk Road Academy are expected to support the schools mission and vision statements and have a heart for the nations. In addition, volunteer teachers must also have:
+ A strong Christian faith,
+ Solid English proficiency,
+ Bachelor’s degree or ACSI teaching certificate,
+ A sending agency,
+ A value on integrity, flexibility, teamwork and a good sense of humor (you’ll need it!).
First year teachers may apply!
